  Great food the maxwell style polish sausages closes thing to real Chicago style I've had since I moved to Vegas

  Visited this place to try something new and was really interested in their salads since most of the reviews indicated the HUGE portions. Got there and the place was empty with plenty of seating. Their is no menu above the register, only table menus. I ordered their Lemon Chicken Ceasar salad (full portion) and when they brought it out it was in a big wooden bowl that was almost the size of an Olive Garden salad bowl that you normally share with your table.
  Was pleasantly surprised how good the salad tasted as well as how much meat was in there. Definitely worth the price I paid.
  The vibe in there was very quiet and I felt I was being watched by the employees the entire time and made me feel uncomfortable.
  Not sure if I'll ever come back but maybe just to get it to go.

  Today, had business nearby and thought I'd try Sonio's.... Given the wind in the valley yesterday thought a meal reminiscent of the Windy City would be in order. I had the Italian beef and sweet pepper sandwich...CRUSTY bread, tender beef with oozing cheese.  Au jus sauce on the side saved my clothes since I was not in a position to do the "Chicago lean" over a counter...(ask me about the world famous eating position for juicy beef sandwiches)  the fries were ok, maybe frozen... Those took a star off an otherwise five star meal. My dining companion had a rotisseried piece of chicken so tender the meat fell off the bone...
  A neighbor institution.... I'll be back

  They have big portions for a good price. We enjoyed the hot dog and Chinese chicken salad. We also had very friendly service. We were very satisfied and will be coming back!

  I drove past and the sign caught my attention from the street.
  
  Even though everything on the exterior is under construction the restaurant is still open.
  
  Upon entering, we were quickly greeted asked if we wanted to dine in our take out. Due to limited time we decided to take out. We placed our order ( Maxwell with everything)
  
  As we were sitting waiting for our food, we were given water- which was nice as most places don't really interact with you after they know your taking your food.
  
  There is plenty of table seating. The table tops are a vinyl covering- reminded me of a vintage type table. The interior is filled with lots of little signs of inspiration or cliches to make you laugh.
  
  The food was delicious. Generous portions for the price.
  
  Location is Charleston/ Valley View- ample parking
